Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Enterprise software for the industries that move the region.

OceanAstra builds vertical ERP systems for industries that generic software has never fit, distributes a short list of enterprise platforms we are willing to stand behind, and develops CorpOS — an AI-native way to run a company.

  • Registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Serving the UAE, the wider GCC and Greater China
  • Delivery in English, Arabic and Chinese

What we do

Three business lines, one operating principle.

We only take on work where we can own the outcome end to end — from the first process interview to the support call three years later.

01

Vertical Industry ERP

Generic ERP asks an industry to describe itself in someone else's vocabulary. We start from how a business actually runs, and build the system around that.

  • Automotive trading — VIN-level inventory, in-transit stock, multi-currency settlement, chassis-to-invoice traceability
  • Construction & interior fit-out — project cost control, BOQ and variation orders, subcontractor progress billing, retention tracking
  • Deployed on your infrastructure or ours, with data residency you choose
02

Curated Software Distribution

We represent a deliberately short list of enterprise platforms — and we handle the parts vendors usually leave to the customer: evaluation, localisation, migration, integration and day-to-day support.

  • Lark — messaging, documents, approvals and directory as one digital workplace
  • Amap — mapping, routing and location services for logistics and field operations
  • Licensing, tenant setup, administrator training and first-line support in three languages

CorpOS — AI-Native Enterprise Management

Our flagship research and development programme. Most "AI features" are a chat box bolted onto an existing form. CorpOS starts from the other end: the operating model of the company is the product, and AI agents are how work moves through it.

  • Agent-driven workflows that read, decide and act across connected systems
  • One company knowledge layer instead of documents scattered across a dozen tools
  • Human approval where judgement matters, automation where it does not

How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Understand

We sit with the people who do the work — not only the people who sign the contract — and map the process as it genuinely runs today, including the spreadsheets nobody admits to.

02

Design

We propose the smallest system that solves the real constraint, and we say plainly which parts are standard software, which are configuration, and which are custom development.

03

Deliver

Phased rollout with a defined scope, a named delivery lead and a fixed acceptance checklist for every phase. Data migration is treated as part of the project, not an afterthought.

04

Support

Named support contacts, agreed response targets and a documented escalation path — in English, Arabic or Chinese, whichever your team works in.

Tell us what is not working.

Most of our projects start with a single frustrated process. Describe yours and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
